This retreat will provide a space for you to unplug from the rush of normal life & connect to mind & body in nature right along side a supportive community that is also invested in personal growth and wellness! Through reflection, education and skill building guests will expand their self-awareness and ability to feed their minds in order to find what is beyond your current self. Our bodies will be nourished by meals created by two Kootenai Valley Caterers and multiple sessions per day of mindful movement practices. Our souls will be nourished through both led experience and individual reflection, surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the Cabinet Mountain Wilderness and Kootenai Forest.

Liz is owner and lead trainer of Studio B | Pilates + Fitness + Yoga, located in beautiful Libby, Montana. She has been in the health fitness industry for 10+ years and holds Certificates in Personal Training, Exercise Physiology, Functional Movement Systems, TRX Suspension Training, Precision Nutrition and more. She is in the process of completing her BASI Pilates mat & 200 hr Yoga teacher training. Her passion for health and fitness is driven by helping individuals find a way to focus their time and energy. Working with clients on a one on one and small group basis to achieve optimal success and best life possible.
Jayne Kraman is a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach who holds certificates from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Functional Medicine Coaching
Academy and Institute for the Psychology of Eating. She is completing certifications with
The Center for Mind Body Medicine and BASI Pilates. Her MA in Health Arts and Sciences from Goddard College focused on expanding our understanding of an
integrative approach to the health of our gastrointestinal systems. Working with clients to create personalized plans that take in all aspects of life that affect their wellness goals is at the heart of her work.
